The team in Ireland is led by Mary Menton. Mary has been providing speakers for both the corporate and public sectors in Ireland since 2003, in partnership with The London Speaker Bureau which has offices worldwide. Prior to that she had established a reputation second to none in the conference and event management business. It was her passion for this business together with the recognition that the speaker is the key element to the success of any event that lead Mary to establish the Speaker Bureau.

Mary is still recognised today for the inauguration of the National Marketing and Sales Awards and as Director of the PPI Radio Awards.

Speaker Bureau Ireland delivers locally the global service provided by the London Speaker Bureau. This allows us to link the very best of global talent to the business world in Ireland. It is a unique service.

Mary studied Social Science at University College Dublin and subsequently became Director of Hope a voluntary organisation for homeless young people. Today she is a veteran volunteer with the Nial Mellon Township Trust building homes for families living in shacks in South Africa.

Mary comes from a famous sporting family - her father Brendan founded Home Farm FC and was president of the FAI. Her brother Brendan was Chief Executive of the FAI and her brother Kevin played tennis for Ireland. She is a keen golfer and is currently Lady Captain of Carrick-on-Shannon Golf Club in their centenary year.
